Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding a return request.

1. Defective or Damaged Items
Refunds are strictly allowed only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Clear proof (photos or videos) of the defect or damage must be provided.

Once approved, we will arrange a full refund or replacement.

2. Non-Defective Items (Customer-Requested Returns)
If the item is in good condition but the customer still insists on returning it:
- Only 50% of the total bill amount will be refunded.
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- ⁠Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address only after approval:

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package once your return is approved.

Exchanges
We only allow size exchanges.

To be eligible for a size exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Customers must bear the return shipping cost for size exchanges.
- We do not allow exchanges for design, color, or change of preference.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at trendbuddy01@gmail.com
